Featuring step-by-step examples alongside representative works and profiles of top printmaking artists, this colorful resource provides a truly fresh look at printmaking today, in all its forms.

I have been wanting to learn about printmaking for years now. So I  was really thrilled to get a copy of this book in exchange for review. I was correct in choosing this book. Printmaking is not only a part of art, it is a huge part of history. It’s because of printmaking that we as humans were first able to create mobile printed type. This book is a wealth of knowledge and is the most comprehensive and thorough book about printmaking I have ever seen.  This is a perfect textbook for creating a printmaking curriculum. When it comes to art, I feel that it is more helpful sometimes to just find a good book instead of trying in vain to search. This book is packed full of substantial information. Please consider adding this book to your art library.
